Dr. Walter Harrison, board-certified Pediatrician, received his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia, PA. He completed his residency at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA and at the Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center, Boston, MA. Dr. Harrison is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and has over 35 years of experience. He has received three national special achievement awards for advocacy for children from the Academy of Pediatrics. In addition Dr. Harrison was the Founder and Chair of the Pediatric Council and Children’s Mental Health Task Force of the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Harrison previously served as Chief and Associate Chief of Pediatrics at North Shore Children’s Hospital in Salem, MA and Chief of Pediatrics at Lynn Hospital in Lynn, MA.
