Gateway Medical Center is seeking Youth Volunteers, known as VolunTeens, for the summer 2010 program. Young people between the ages of 14 and 18 are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be 14 by May 1, 2010 in order to qualify. A limited number of applicants will be accepted.

Those interested must complete and return an application, two letters of recommendation and an essay on volunteering, by March 31, 2010 to Gateway Medical Center Volunteer Services. Applications will be reviewed, interviews held, and final decisions will be made by May 8, 2010. Applicants are chosen based on application, letters of recommendation, and availability.
